Workout for the day Warm up Jumpng Jacks 20 4 count reps x 2 sets BW Squats Push ups DB curl and press Circuit 1a DB Squats 1b Inverted Row 1c Decline Push Ups followed with Reg Push UpsĀ  with DB completed 3 circuits 8-10 reps each exercise 2a Burpees 2b Chin Ups 2c Dips Completed 2 circuits 8-10 reps.
